Refund Policy
This policy explains when you can get a refund. The amount depends on the stage of your application: the further we have progressed, the more work and official fees have already been engaged.
This policy is applied by TRAVEL MUNDO – FZCO, a Free Zone Company (FZCO) registered in the United Arab Emirates under licence no. 28833 issued by the Dubai Integrated Economic Zones Authority (DIEZ), whose registered address is DSO-IFZA, IFZA Properties, Dubai Silicon Oasis, Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
1. In short
- Before your application is submitted to the US authorities: full refund.
- After submission: our service has been performed, and official fees already paid to the US government cannot be recovered.
- Error on our part or duplicate payment: correction at no cost or refund.
- A refusal by the US authorities does not in itself give a right to a refund.
2. ESTA
- Before we submit your application to CBP: we refund the full amount paid (USD 169), including the official fee, which has not yet been paid.
- After we have submitted your application to CBP: the USD 129 service fee and the USD 40 official fee are not refundable, whatever the decision of CBP. The US government does not refund the official fee.
3. Visa (B1/B2, C-1 or F-1)
- Before we submit your DS-160 form: we refund our USD 175 service fee in full.
- After we have submitted your DS-160 form: our service fee is not refundable.
- The USD 185 consular fee (MRV) and the F-1 SEVIS I-901 fee are paid by you directly to the US government. We cannot refund them, and the MRV fee is not refunded even if the visa is refused.
4. Errors on our part and duplicate payments
If your application contains an error caused by us, we correct and resubmit it at no extra cost, including any new official fee. If this is not possible, we refund our service fee. If you were charged twice for the same application, we refund the duplicate payment in full.
5. Your legal rights
This policy does not limit the rights that the law of your country of residence gives you as a consumer. For example, if your law gives you a period to withdraw from an online purchase, you can use it under the conditions set by that law.
6. How to request a refund
Write to support@usimmigrationassistance.us or use our contact form, indicating your application reference (it starts with UIA-). Approved refunds are made to the card used for payment; the time for the money to appear on your account depends on your bank.
7. A problem with a charge?
If you do not recognize a charge or have a problem with your order, contact us first: we can usually resolve it faster than a dispute with your bank. This does not limit your rights with your bank. The charge appears on your statement under the name of our service.
