Terms Of Service

These terms apply to every purchase of our ESTA or US visa (B1/B2, C-1 or F-1) assistance services on this website. Please read them before paying. You accept them by ticking the box provided for this purpose before payment; the date and time of your acceptance are recorded.

1. Who we are

This website and the US Immigration Assistance service are operated by TRAVEL MUNDO – FZCO, a Free Zone Company (FZCO) registered in the United Arab Emirates under licence no. 28833 issued by the Dubai Integrated Economic Zones Authority (DIEZ) for the activity "Immigration Services", whose registered address is DSO-IFZA, IFZA Properties, Dubai Silicon Oasis, Dubai, United Arab Emirates ("we", "us").

You can contact us at support@usimmigrationassistance.us.

2. Our service

We offer a private assistance service to complete and submit applications for a US ESTA (electronic travel authorization), a US B1/B2 visitor visa, a US C-1 transit visa or a US F-1 student visa (DS-160 form). Depending on the product, the service includes:

  • a questionnaire in your language;
  • a review of your answers by a specialist, limited to completeness, spelling and consistency;
  • for the ESTA: the submission of your application to US Customs and Border Protection (CBP) and the payment of the official ESTA fee on your behalf;
  • for the visa: the completion and submission of your DS-160 form, and instructions to pay the consular fee (MRV), book your appointment and prepare for your interview;
  • support by email.

We are not a government agency and we are not affiliated with the US government. We are not a law firm and we do not give legal advice. Our review does not assess your eligibility and does not replace the advice of a lawyer.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in US dollars before payment. ESTA: USD 169 in total, including our USD 129 service fee and the USD 40 official fee that we pay to the US government for you. B1/B2, C-1 or F-1 visa: USD 175 service fee; the USD 185 consular fee (MRV) is not included and you pay it directly to the US government. For the F-1 visa, you must already have the Form I-20 issued by your school for F-1 status (academic or language studies; the service does not apply to M-1 status or to J-1 status, Form DS-2019), and you pay the SEVIS I-901 fee yourself, directly to the US government. Depending on your nationality, the US government may charge other fees, such as a reciprocity fee.

Payment is made by credit or debit card through our payment provider Checkout.com. Your bank may charge currency conversion fees. The amount charged is the amount shown on the payment page.

4. Your responsibilities

You must provide true, complete and up-to-date information, and read the summary of your application before submission. You remain responsible for the content of your application. Under US law, false or misleading statements can lead to the refusal of your application and to other consequences.

You must be at least 18 years old. A parent or legal guardian may apply on behalf of a minor. If you apply for another person, you confirm that you are authorized to do so and to share their information with us.

5. Submission on your behalf

By ordering our service, you authorize us to enter the answers you have provided on the official US government website and to submit your application on your behalf. We do not change your answers without your agreement, except for spelling or formatting corrections.

6. Processing times

We usually process an application within a few hours to a few business days after receiving all the required information. The decision times of the US authorities, appointment availability and consulate waiting times are outside our control.

7. No guarantee of approval

Decisions on ESTA and visa applications are made only by the US authorities. We cannot guarantee an approval, a processing time or the length of stay granted at the border. A refusal by the US authorities does not in itself give a right to a refund, except as provided in our refund policy.

8. Our errors

If an application contains an error caused by us, we correct and resubmit it at no extra cost, including any new official fee. If this is not possible, we refund our service fee.

9. Cancellation and refunds

You may cancel your order and obtain a refund under the conditions of our refund policy, which forms part of these terms. Nothing in these terms limits the rights that the law of your country of residence gives you as a consumer.

10. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for the decisions of the US authorities, for delays caused by them, or for the consequences of inaccurate information that you provided. These limits do not apply in case of fraud or gross negligence, or where the law of your country does not allow them.

11. Personal data

We process your personal data in accordance with our privacy policy.

12. Electronic communications

We communicate with you by email at the address you provided. You agree that the information we send you by email satisfies any requirement for written communication.

13. Languages

These terms are available in Portuguese, Spanish, Traditional Chinese and English.

14. Applicable law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, as applied in the Emirate of Dubai, without depriving you of the protection of the mandatory rules of the country where you live. If you have a complaint, please contact us first at support@usimmigrationassistance.us: we will try to find a solution with you. If no solution is found, the competent courts are those of Dubai, unless the law of your country gives you the right to bring the case before the courts where you live.

15. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version that applies to your order is the one you accepted at the time of payment.
